Laser 28 Transplant

A change in plans... My Laser 28 will not be racing in Sheboygan this year. Neenah Yacht club may be the new home for Rapscallion. Lake winnebago is much smaller than Michigan... Raps will probably be one of the fastest sailboats on the lake. I don't know if I'll get the chance to race her weekdays, but the Transwinnebago race will be a must!!!
