I made pizza from scratch today. The dough, the sauce, even the cheese was home made... Making cheese is easy if you are a cheese head. Here in wisconsin we don't need to buy rennet, we just use our earwax! (cheese-head.. title come with benefits!) It was the best pizza I ever had! I used Ali's dads recipe.... I love to cook, and i have to say that was the best veggie meal I have ever made.
