Bremer 25

Right here in Wisconsin some interesting things are a brew'en in the sailing world. Lake zenda is a hot bed of high performance sailing. Melges boatworks turns out some of the most exciting boats in sailing today. But, Actually I'm more interested in what's happening in Pickett.

To me, the Bremer 25 is an important step in the evolution in the sport of sailing. Boasting a retractable keel, 6' of standing headroom this cruiser out performs every other boat in this bracket... well, eh, outperforms from a "wifey likey" perspective.

Personally, I would Love to see a 25 to 28 foot boat with standing headroom, a sprit, retractable keel, and a PHRF rating of less than 130 at a price that wouldn't break the bank. This boat is a close as I have seen yet.

Check it out!
